Lawn and Garden Ornaments
The charisma of a garden depends on a lot of factors. Part of the success comes from lay-out, maintenance and what kind of flowers, plants, shrubs and trees were used to make that backyard into that little slice of paradise you, your friends and family enjoy so much. Unfortunately that alone may not be enough to achieve the ultimate garden, the one fit for a glamorous magazine cover.
A garden needs more than greenery to recreate a relaxing and stimulating appeal. It also needs decorative ornaments. Attractive ceramic planters, whimsical statues, melodious wind chimes, premium fountains, and maybe even a birdhouse or feeder, will definitely add to the finishing touches to your already amazing backyard.
Crowding a yard with too many art pieces may not be ideal if you are aiming for an elegant look. Rather than stuffing your lawn, strategically place a few select pieces in areas that need a dash of color, character or a personal touch. Animal figurines or a bright gnome pushing a wheelbarrow may look good in one garden patch, but rather silly in another. The same counts for fountains and ponds, which also need careful maintenance.
